We had a great experience selling our house with Buxton Ballarat. The communications and dialogue between us was honest and direct and all aspects of the selling process were fully and clearly explained to us. Although our main contacts were with a director and a sales agent, the entire Buxton sales team (12 or more) visited the property and were made aware of the listing. The property sold quickly and Buxton achieved a sale price of more than 10% above our expectations.
