James worked hard to sell my property, knew the market and listened to me and responded appropriately.

James didn't come across as the typical real estate agent that we're used to in Melbourne. He didn't make us feel pressured or come across like a used car salesman. We appreciated his frankness and honesty. His communication has been excellent, both during the negotiations with the vendor and after the signing of the contract. The whole thing has been a great experience and James had a huge part to play in that.

Having Mark on our team gave us great confidence. We were at ease knowing that our home would be sold for the best price possible. Mark's confidence and experience, combined with his punctuality and communication allowed for a smooth and enjoyable selling process. Mark wasn't pushy. He didn't have his own agenda. He listened to us and our ideas for selling. We felt relaxed with Mark and trusted that his priority throughout the sale was for us as the vendors. After dealing with many agents within the Ballarat area over the past five years it's clear that Mark is a league above the rest. A professional and honest agent with outstanding sales history that speaks for itself. When its one of the biggest transactions of your life why would you gamble not selling with the best.

Working with Peter Burley was an excellent experience. If I used any more adjectives it would sound to good to be true. Peter's knowledge of the market, local but also outside of Ballarat was top level. Communication, Well we all know the agent that says Yes, Yes, Yes and nothing happens!! Not here. With Peter you get the real facts. Couldn't have wanted or needed better communication. Peter's Credibility - absolutely a YES! Peter has done a number of appraisals for me over the years and that why I listed the property with him. Negotiation was excellent. Peter spoke to us all the way. He told us our options and we were able to find out what potential buyers thought of the property and how many positive buyers from an open house etc. Also his negotiations with buyers was excellent from our point of view. Overall I was absolutely glad I listed with Peter and team at Buxton in Ballarat. Peter went above and beyond to keep us in the loop with everything along the way. From the visit to list the property right through to the sale. You won't be sorry if you use Peter Burley. Excellent work Peter. And if in doubt that I have written a review to make it look good, No. Would I use Peter Burley again? Yes I will and that goes for the Team at Buxton Ballarat too. Thank you to you all.

Our home didn't have the widest market and we knew it could take some time to find the right buyer. Liam was a pleasure to work with, his communications were spot on, follow up with leads great, and his perseverance paid off achieving the result we'd all expected. Right from the start he was able to advise how it might play out and there were no surprises. I'd highly recommend Liam to anyone.

Liam has presented his agency in a very honest, professional and caring manner. He is to be commended in his handling of the sale of my new home. I was so impressed with his, and another colleague's honesty & professionalism, that I have chosen to use Buxton for all my future real estate needs (currently as managing agents for my rental property, but in the future for any selling I may undertake).
