We looked around carefully for an agent to sell our property. It was a tough choice in the end, but were very impressed with Liam's personable demeanor and professionalism. He knew what was happening in our neighborhood market and was honourable in listening to our plans and hopes for the house, but also to the needs of potential buyers. I liked that he looked after both parties; was up front and really helpful. We were thrilled with his dedication to the task and his energy to sell our property; which he did to everyone's satisfaction. We were pleased with our sale price, the process and our agent.
