Peter continued to work professionally to achieve the price we required and to assist us in anyway to make the whole sales process as easy as possible. Always very pleasant and respectful of the circumstances

Chris McAteer at Buxton Real Estate, Ballarat was on the mark to our needs in selling our property. Chris listened to our thoughts and expectations of the sale and put this into one comprehensive package. His professional nature and attention to detail was great. Very happy to recommend Chris, knowing and seeing his abilities in real estate sales.

From the very first meeting Peters passion and knowledge for real estate was evident. His commitment to getting the sale at the best price for us was second to none. When another real estate under quoted value of property Peter scoffed and said “I can get more than that” and he in fact did!!! And it wasn’t easy for him either as it was an older house with some issues, Peter persistence however got the job done!!! Peters communication throughout period of sale was more than expected. Often contacting us in his own time to ensure we knew everything that had or hadn’t happened. I know who I’ll be calling the next time I need to sell. Thanks Peter for an outstanding result

Mark took ownership for managing our rental property in Ballarat with exceptional efficiency and professionalism. When we decided to sell the property he owned the process of negotiating with tenants and brokered a mutually beneficial win-win outcome for all involved, and then took care of the marketing that resulted in a super-fast sale - spot on the market value and what our expectations were. I do recommend Mark and his colleagues to anyone in need of professional, supportive and efficient service.

Peter Burley is everything that you could ask for in an agent. I am an older person and Peter treated me with respect, explained the whole process clearly, did not talk down to me and in general was wonderful. There were no hidden agendas, he kept in touch through out providing me with updates and negotiated successfully. I recommend him highly.

Mark's write up on the property we bought was very accurate. He was totally honest and very approachable, dealing with him was very easy. We have no hesitation in recommending Mark to future buyers, and they should feel very confident that they will be kept fully informed at every stage, in a friendly and professional manner.

Absolutely great to work with. Professional, reliable and dare I say it honest. Wish he had been in the industry years ago when I was more active in real estate.

As a first time home seller Mark stepped me through the process. He and the team at Buxton organised everything and I was able to sit back. Closing the sale of the house was extremely quick and Mark achieved an above expectations price. I highly recommend Mark and the team at Buxton's.

Deciding to list our home with Mark Nunn of Buxton Real Estate Ballarat was a decision we didn't think twice about. Mark had sold another of our properties in less than two weeks, and with our recent property, he achieved a price significantly beyond our expectation in only 5 days. Mark could not do enough to assist us with our preparation process and was extremely understanding of our young family in organising photographs, inspections and open houses. We are extremely grateful to him for sharing his expertise with us in making the stressful journey of selling your home, seemless and extremely easy. Thank you Mark, we could not recommend you any more highly.
