I have had the pleasure of working with Michael for the purchase and sale of my unit. He is a reliable and considerate agent that always gave great advice that I could trust. I would not hesitate to call Michael up in the future for the sale of a home as I know he will get the job done in an honest and professional way.

Brayden made selling my house effortless and completely stress free. He gave me regular updates throughout the process which was very helpful for a first time seller and managed to sell the house very quickly. I will definitely be using Brayden again for future sales.

Peter is an excellent agent and was a pleasure to work with to sell our first home. He was very organised and provided detailed support from day 1, always communicated regularly and ensured we were happy with all marketing/photos/adverts before going live. Our overall experience selling with Buxton was a positive one and we would not hesitate to list with Pete again.

We chose Brayden for his enthusiasm and his genuine appreciation for our historic home. We felt that he understood us, and it was obvious that he also wanted the best outcome for our unique property. Brayden was confident, and spot-on with his market analysis, achieving all of our objectives and delivering on price and timeframes. As an added bonus, he was always professional, prepared and prompt with his updates and communication. It was a very successful sales campaign and we were extremely pleased with the outcome. Thank you, Brayden.

When we decided to sell our property, we researched which agents were selling in the area and which ones were selling for the most. Brayden's name kept popping up again and again. We called Brayden, and he was clearly on the ball. He advised us he would need to check the property and do some research. Every promise Brayden made, he fulfilled. When he returned to us, his marketing plan made sense, and the property's value was pretty much what we thought. We signed the marketing agreement, and the property was advertised in short order. There was immediate interest, and when we had the contract and Section 32 ready, Brayden sent copies to all interested parties. That same day he came back to us with an offer. We were impressed. Brayden said that he still had some calls to make, and this was just the starting point. The next day Brayden called us back with two firm offers. We took one of those offers, which was around fifteen per cent higher than the initial offer. We have found Brayden to be very professional and a fantastic agent to deal with. We would highly recommend him to anyone wishing to sell their property. Thank you, Brayden, you rock!!

Brayden was a fantastic agent. My husband and I were so grateful for his support and encouragement in purchasing our first home. He was very accommodating to our needs and was always happy to answer any of our questions. We are super grateful and can not recommend him highly enough.

This is the third property that Brayden has sold for our family in 14 months. All were very different and two were unusual( difficult) properties to sell. Brayden helped us as well as purchasers by thinking outside the box in regard to how best achieve the results we both wanted. He advised on information for us to obtain in order to be able to pass that on potential buyers. Information not found in section 32. We have learnt that all or any history on the property is valuable. Any previous discussions with Council's are also very helpful. Brayden looks at a property and sees the wider potential other than the basics. This allows him to broaden his searches for customers that otherwise might miss the opportunity. Once again his communication is excellent. He has never rushed us off the phone or tried to get away from the property quickly. He is always friendly and polite. He is certainly very organised which helps with the stress of selling a property! Although he has a young family, he has contacted us out of hours when required. I can highly recommend Brayden as an agent who is happy to sell outside of the Ballarat area and do the km’s required. ( as well as Ballarat area) Once again, 5 star service.
