We moved to one of the property through Buxton recently and really disappointed with the service and support. There are lots of pending things need to do before we move in and mentioned the same with Agent but the service and support is down the line with Buxton team. No hot water, No cloth liner, No cleaning before we move-in, No letter box, No garbage bins etc The agent is unprofessional and he didn't even care about what we are saying to him, As a Rental provider you need to ensure everything is working before tenant moves in but this guy doesn't bother much and when I ask him he says tradies and he can't do anything, But it's real estate or agent responsibility to clear things before tenant moves in and he should not bother tenants after move-in. This is my honest feedback on our experience with Buxton team.
