1840 have changed my opinion on Real Estate agents. Their personal touch and customised experience are completely different from other experiences I have had with Real Estates. Not wasting my time with phone calls with problems, instead emailing me, letting me know there was a problem and that is has been solved. Their attention to the small details is seen an appreciated.
1840 Real Estate
Being a first time landlord, Karl, Celeste & Lillian have made the process extremely straight forward and have always been there to answer any questions along the way. They are extremely responsive and helpful, and have made becoming a landlord a very smooth process. I would highly recommend them to others, offering a competitive rate and giving you the best level of knowledge within the industry. A detailed onboarding process with their undivided attention, from the outset it was clear that I would be getting the best service.

I’ve now used 1840 twice to rent my house out due to work commitments abroad. Both times on the fly due to last minute changes. They have delivered everything they have said they would in a punctual manner. While also looking after and communicating any issues with said property. I’ve found the communication to be beyond my expectations with any queries answered efficiently.
