Our initial meeting with Nat was a breathe of fresh air, not only did she have great grasp of what we wanted to achieve and what we expected but her attention to detail and experience were outstanding, Nat and James along with the team at Downton Property were a pleasure to deal with and were open and welcoming to any ideas or questions we had. Overall we had a great experience with Downton Property and look forward to continuing the relationship on future projects. Terry and Sue

This was first time we used Nat Downton for our sale agent, we cannot believe how much effort, energy, focus and hard work that she has been put in. During the process of sale, many unexpected issues popping out, Nat and also her husband Andrew (who helped to deal with finance issues) demonstrated highly professional conduct, great negotiation skill and persevere to achieve end of goal. We can’t say thanks enough for Nat and Andrew service and highly recommended to anyone for choosing Nat as their Realestate agent- you will be in the capable hands!! Jenny&Peter

A big thank you to Natalie and her team who helped us negotiate the high and lows of an unusual property to sell and some difficult negotiations with a somewhat dilatory purchaser. Her communication was always timely and as such appreciated as I live in WA with the associate trials of time differences and distance. A good result in the end.

In our dealings with Natalie and her team, they have strived to fully address our questions concerning timelines and completion dates. The friendly atmosphere at their office plus their enthusiasm and knowledge of local sales combined for us to successfully purchase our property. We have also asked for advice in other non related property issues and Nat and Russell have been fantastic in ensuring that we have been given the best advice. We would not hesitate in recommending Natalie and her team when you are thinking of selling or buying.

Nat is to be congratulated on the sale of our property. We used Nat on the recommendation of other her other clients personally known to us. She kept us fully informed during the transaction and made sound recommendations to us that slotted perfectly into how we desired the sale to proceed. The method of advertising during the leading up to the sale was very successful and achieved the necessary exposure to achieve a successful outcome. Nat provided outstanding service and is highly recommended!
