My entire process was quite lengthy due to the finance options available to me at the time, Nat and Milly were both professional and kind, I truly felt like they cared for me, my home and the previous owner. I'll be moving into my first home having had a wonderful experience from start to finish.

It has been a pleasure to work with Nat. She listened and took on board our requests whilst offering us wonderful advice based on her incredible knowledge of the property market and in particular, our location. She tailored her marketing strategy to suit our home and the result was outstanding. We would recommend Nat and Downtown Property to anymore wanting to sell their home.

I felt from the start that Natalie Downton listened to my concerns about the sale of my unit, and also was very honest about possible outcomes in what was a tough selling market, which I appreciated. She, and the team at Downton Property, worked hard to sell the property with multiple home inspections, and found potential buyers to see the unit and informed me, quite often on the same day, of comments and feedback from these people. The marketing, in terms of brochures and video, was very professional and made the most of the highlights of the property. If I can use four words to describe Natalie and her team, they would be honest, caring, hard-working and professional, and I would have no hesitation in recommending Downton Property to anyone looking to sell (or buy) property in Hobart.

We purchased an investment property via downtown realestate. We found their approach and direct communication with us at times overbearing. Other services we utilised found it difficult to communicate with them and receive a response in a timely matter. We also felt instructions provided in the lead up to signing contract, were unclear and lacking information.

We are incredibly grateful to Nat for guiding us through the sale of our property with expertise and dedication. The timed sales method proved to be a fantastic approach, and thanks to Nat’s strategic planning and market knowledge, we achieved a great result. Nat was professional, supportive, and always kept us informed, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. Her commitment to getting the best outcome for us was truly impressive. We appreciate Nat hard work and exceptional service, and highly recommend Nat to anyone looking for a trustworthy and skilled real estate professional. Thank you, Nat!

Nat was great to work with, always willing and available to address any questions, as well as providing all the information you need (and more). As a first home buyer it was a relief to have an agent who walked beside you, rather than expecting you to magically know how everything works. Nat's work as a personable but professional agent is a service I would well and truly recommend!
