I recently purchased a house through Natalie Downton and she made the whole process so clear and seamless. As it was my first time doing so she was thorough and made sure I understood all the documents before I would complete them. Even once the deal had been completed Nat still made sure the handover process and once I was in the house was seamless. Would highly recommend and would happily use Natalie again.

So pleased working with Nat! The whole process was smooth and efficient. When some challenge issue had been raised, Nat worked hard and went beyond to resolve it quickly! We were so amazed and impressed by Nat’s top notch performance! Surely we will always choose Nat as our agent, she is the best 🥇

I stumbled upon Nat at a open home for the very place I'd end up buying so maybe that's a sign of how good she is at her job! Nats communication methods are straightforward and to the point, rarely were my questions asking her to clarify something she'd said but rather another question that had come to mind during our conversations. She also replies to messages at insane hours (Nat get a better bed time!). She's down to earth and really friendly, as a single girlie purchasing alone I really appreciated Nats willingness to help with any and all things. Thank you for everything Nat! :)

When it came time sell my parents house it was recommended that I go to Downton Real Estate. Natalie has a deep knowledge and understanding of the local housing market which helped guide us through every step of the sale and especially while I was away travelling. What I really appreciated was that she kept me abreast of all of the developments during the inspection and sale process. Natalie is a great communicator and very professional and what I loved about Natalie was that she is very transparent in the way she works. As I mentioned, Natalie saw the opportunities for a good sale and took them but always seeking out agreement from me and keeping me in the loop at all stages even while I was overseas. I always felt that she described the current situation accurately and always to be working for me. Through all of those interactions she was open, honest and I think behaved with impeccable personal professionalism and ethics. The particular advantage of Natalie, and Downton Real Estate in general is that they have long lists of people who are seeking homes in the Moonah/ Newtown area and so I believe she was able to use those list to expose our property to a wide range of buyers even though it was an off market sale. In the end the sale price far exceeded my expectations and I was amazed at the results. Natalie did just about all of the negotiation on my behalf and when it came to contracts and negotiating settlement dates it was a breeze. The whole process of preparing and selling our house form start to finish seemed to take much less effort than I thought it would. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Natalie Downton and Downton Real Estate.

Nat has been amazing throughout the whole process of buying our first home. She has been thorough, understanding and supportive from the get go - she even helped us to understand all of the sections within our contract of sale. She is professional, easy to contact and so knowledgeable about the industry. It can be daunting buying a house (especially for the first time!) but Nat has made the experience so exciting and enjoyable for us. We are so grateful that we had her as our agent and cannot recommend her more!

Nat has been our go to agent for over a decade now. Always on the end of the line to answer any questions we may have. On point market knowledge and a referral book to match. 4 listings resulting in market leading prices so far, with another 2 upcoming in 2024, of which i am sure will obtain the best possible price. We are also lucky enough to have Downton Property manage our rentals, a truly seamless agency, that WILL tailor a solution to match your property needs.

After sitting on the market for ages and becoming stressed at the looming prospect of juggling two mortgages after failing to sell in a difficult market; we switched to Downton Property who had us sold in a matter of weeks!! Professional and reliable, highly recommended.
