Very professional. Great communication. Gave good advice about our investment property, what needed to be done to make it ready for tenants, realistic rental income, etc, but also very accepting of what we wanted. Organised smoke alarm testing & lawn mowing. Reports provided promptly after each viewing. All communications polite & helpful. A great ‘can do’ attitude. Also a very reasonable rate, making it very affordable to have these guys manage the property & take all the stress away from us.

Can not speak highly enough of our Property Manager Alannah Denaro who at all times puts in significant effort in not only sourcing the right tenants and has exceptional customer service and attention to detail with our properties. I did not feel very supported by Image property during the new leasing campaign of my rental due to uncertainty with my agent and having to contact that email despite the agent not being there. This led to delays in organising things, I felt I had to follow up frequently despite the sense of urgency I required and was unable to contact a specific person. I also attended the open home of the property when it was on the market for lease and did not have my details taken/spoken to at the open home. I did not expect anyone to know who I was at the open home, so felt this is even more important in having my details taken down as I could have been a prospective tenants wanting to be moving in. It wasn't until Matthew Ridings took over my property that I felt supported and confident in Image Property to sort out things with my rental. Thank you Matt.
