This review is to highlight the excellent experience we had with Kirsty Bimrose from Image Property team. We got keys to our investment property on the 7th of August and had our property listed that Saturday. Within 1 week we already had a prospective tenant application and less than 10 days later we have now an approved tenant in our new property. This is an amazing result in such a short timeframe. I also need to stress that the expected rental amount we were hoping to get has been achieved. To state that we are impressed with Kristy and her team is an understatement. She has an incredible attention to detail and is extremely customer focussed. I have no problem in recommending Kristy and her team at Image Property to any future landlords.

I’m really happy with how Image Property has been handling my property in Brisbane. They’re super easy to get hold of, quick to sort out any issues, and always keep me in the loop. They have a great system for communicating inspections and getting quote approvals, which makes everything hassle-free. We just bought the house and in less than a week it was rented! At all times I have found them to be professional and willing to develop a personal relationship. Return phone calls or emails in a prompt manner. Regular updates on tenant inspections is completed in a detailed manner. Are on top of the maintanance requirments of the property and are always willing to discuss those isssues in detail with myself. The staff at Image Property (Aspley) are fantastic to deal with due to their professionalism, communication and promptness on getting back to you. I have an investment property being cared for (and I say "care for" as they treat my investment property as it was their own). Recently, had my tenants break lease and eased my stress by jumping onto the process in finding a new tenant immediately, and within 3 weeks it was leased again. Also, they made sure the property was left in a good condition and made decisions without delay. If any particular staff member is on leave, they communicate this with you have another team member jump onboard and take care of the property. Highly recommend Image Property Aspley to anyone wanting an agent who cares about your home. Worthy of 5 Stars!
