Excellent and Efficient
The Staff at Image Property are all professional, efficient and experienced in their respective jobs. The rental property manager for our house, Talitha, has been a great help in assisting us to choose suitable tenants and has managed the property as if it were her own. We are very happy with the company and Talitha's work.

Fantastic agency to deal with!
Image Property is a great agency to deal with. All the staff members I've dealt with have been very professional, knowledgeable, and absolutely delightful to deal with. They are polite, courteous, and goes above and beyond to ensure the best experience for both landlords and tenants. They communicate very well to clients and have an excellent online portal that is very easy to use. I would definitely highly recommend Image Property to anyone looking for Property Managers that would manage their properties well without having to worry about it.

Great Agency!
Couldn’t be more happier with Image Property handling my rental property, so much so they now look after all my properties. Quick to respond with any questions from myself or the tenants. Nothing seems too much trouble which is a fantastic attitude in their staff.

Great company and great staff
We recently purchased a investment property and used Imageproperty to find a tenant we found the agent Kirsty Lee to be very professional and always very helpful. As a first time investment owner we had lots of questions Kirsty was able to obtain all the necessary information quickly, enabling the property to be rented within a short time. Will definitely use again.

Exceptional Service and Care
Kim has been a great agent looking after my Brisbane property. She always proactively looks after my property making regular inspections and maintaining it so it doesn't lose value and is always presentable to existing and prospective tenants. Recently she managed the departure of my current tenant and securing a new tenancy in the quickest manner to reduce the vacancy gap and ensuring that they are the right tenant making the necessary reference checks. I highly recommend Kim to other property owners. She is passionate, reliable and always looks after the best interest of the owner but also that the tenants get value for money and are treated fairly. Thumbs up.

Fantastic Service
Fantastic service from our Property Manager Kayla. She is professional, personable, excellent level of communication, prompt responses via email and phone. Kayla is a pleasure to deal with, she is always happy and nothing is too difficult. She has a great understanding of the rental property market and management. She empathizes with both the owners and tenants. I would have no hesitation recommending Kayla and Image Property.
