I would like to take an opportunity to speak of Tahlia's strengths in communication. She is prompt, succinct and works with us with our preferred method of communication, email. Unfortunately, the property that we recently re-let had sustained damage at the hands of the previous tenant so not only were we looking for a new tenant in a tight and slow moving market but we were also confronted with negotiating an insurance claim to remedy the damage to our property. Tahlia has lifted beyond her weight in this capacity. It would be a step too far to say that it was not a stressful and trying time but Tahlia minimised this rather than adding to.
