Since moving our investment property to Image at Apsley at the end of 2020, the service standard improved markedly. The level and frequency of communication and the high standard of professionalism has been self evident. More recently, as part of a tenant change we opted to get some new flooring etc., took the opportunity to get some professional photos done and undertake an ad campaign with revised rent. Image (Zara McDonnell who recently took on the PM role for this property) co-ordinated everything on the flooring front, managed the ad camapign for a new tenant expertly keeping us informed frequently, provided a rent guide which was ultimately met by the market and landed a new tenant, all within a week of the previous tenant vacating. Zara has been highly communicative, extremely personable and very professional. We highly recommend Image Aspley and especially our PM Zara.

Image property management have been exceptionally good and managing my properties and have provided a consistent service. Jack let us know our current tenant was not renewing the lease which turned out to be a blessing in disguise. Jack recommend we increase the rent substantially & was able to achieve the desired rent with a new qualified tenant & did a great job with the exit & entry reports. With increased costs through rising interest rates, & cost of living expenses, the increased rental return will make a huge difference in our mortgage repayments & running costs. We are very happy with the outcome & great advice.
