Jack let us know our current tenant was not renewing the lease which turned out to be a blessing in disguise. Jack recommend we increase the rent substantially & was able to achieve the desired rent with a new qualified tenant & did a great job with the exit & entry reports. With increased costs through rising interest rates, & cost of living expenses, the increased rental return will make a huge difference in our mortgage repayments & running costs. As a landlord of a newly built investment property, as well as being a very busy person, having an excellent property manager that I can trust is imperative to me. I have chosen the team at Image Property Aspley after some research. Compared to another competitor that I considered, they had many more recent and verified positive reviews, and even had a much more reasonable fee. I have never regretted this decision since. Initially Sian Davis, and subsequently Alannah Denaro who has taken over since, have both been exceptional with their communication, professionalism, and knowledge of the market. They have been very thorough - even though the property was professionally inspected twice earlier to ensure all defects are identified and fixed, they have thoroughly inspected the property again at handover and communicated with my builder to fix some additional defects that were identified, and subsequently made the letting campaign very easy and stress-free with multiple open-homes and timely communication of new potential tenants, after a thorough check of their occupations/income/rental history. If I have further investment properties in Brisbane area in the future, I would not hesitate to contact them again.
