As a first time investor and new to Brisbane market, we were a bit apprehensive but big thanks to Shanae and Zara from Image Property who helped us since inception in every step regarding property management. When the current tenancy ended, they ensured a smooth vacate and formalities. Inspections were carried out promptly and Zara updated us about every step. Most importantly, she got us the new tenants in couple of weeks. Their documentation and communication is very good. Zara and Shanae has very good knowledge of by-laws and market. Very proactive.
