Excellent service
Really pleased with all the services the Aspley team has been able to provide since we started renting our property in Mid 2021. The team has collectively a lot of experience and is very proactive to service not just me as a landlord but also my tenants and that balance is super important and what makes them so great.

Prompt communication
I have dealt with image property for awhile now and I could not fault them. The team is excellent with communication, updates and market knowledge. Shanae is fantastic, if she can’t get hold of me on the phone she will leave a voicemail and drop an email, this gives me a chance to get back to her especially with the hectic life. She keeps me up to date with any maintenance issues , prompt leasing and renewal. It’s always a relief to know that someone is working so hard and really dependable

Excellent Agency

This agency is the best!

Very proactive and helpfull
Our property manager is Samantha. She has been very helpful to us in terms of suggesting the plan of action when it comes to damages done to property by tenants and rent defaults. We always feel confident that she has our best interests in mind. She is also very proactive in communicating with us which i find extremely important. I would certainly recommend Image Property to others based on the service we receive from Samantha

Very Much Recommend
Hayden and everyone at Image were very approachable, knowledgeable and guided me through my first home buying experience. They provided me with all my contacts that I required and even provided me with a congratulatory care package upon settlement. Image kept me updated at regular intervals and helped me navigate some of the more technical, legal language that I was unsure of. Great company!
