Josh's attitude to achieve delivers results, while his integrity achieves a strong working relationship between vendor and agent. At all times he provided a high level of communication, a genuine enthusiasm for what he was doing teamed with a professional manner. Josh's market knowledge was apparent from my first meeting with him which meant I was in the picture with market place activity/trends. Before going to market I was consulted over all material that was being used to promote my property, ie. photos and property blurb listed on-line, so that I had the opportunity to provide feedback before the material was used. His assistant, Sophie Wegener, was also apart of the selling process and she, like Josh, was dedicated, efficient and always polite.
