She kept me well-informed, was happy to take direction when needed, and got on with the job. The new add, open-house inspections, advice of applications, and her review and recommendation for new tenants was excellent. The end-of-lease inspection, report, and various follow-ups appeared to also have been handled very efficiently, so that we only lost about a week of rent in the changeover.

We had Tennant’s move out over a month ago and our property has not been maintained in regards to mowing and weeding.We do have new tennants moving in shortly house unseen in its current state,we can only hope that the situation will be rectified shortly.Unsure if there has been any internal damage.🙁
