Samantha was really professional and helpful through the process of re-letting our property. She kept us well informed and went the extra mile. We have been unable to visit our property for a number of years so was very interested to see how it was fairing. There were numerous detailed pictures on the vacate report. A virtual tour was also forwarded. It have us the opportunity to review our property and evaluate the contents (fully furnished). Cleaning issues were dealt with extremely well and we were left feeling that our agent was not only mindful of our investment but also of our new tenants. Thank you Samantha.
