Typically Awesome Experience
I have consolidated my portfolio with Image as none of the others out there match up. The are imaginative, use latest software and advertising, but beyond all deliver on time at agreed prices with active follow up service thereafter, providing timely feedback. Really? Yeah!

Kirsty is such a Superstar she moved swiftly on our property to have it leased out as soon as hand over occurred. Was super impressed with how everything was handled , the process was smooth and she honestly was such a pleasure to wok with. Looking forward to many more years to come!! Great communication, great service, and prompt action.
Stephanie always responds quickly to any questions or queries that I have, she keeps me up to date with any activity or actions that need to be attended to and takes care of any maintenance including obtaining quotes and coordinating with tenants. (e.g installation of additional A/C)

One of the best.
I've been with Image Property for as long as I've been a landlord for the past 8+ years and my experience with them has always been a positive one. The Property Managers at Image are professional, friendly and do set a very high standard for their work. They are incredibly prompt with email communication in advising any issues that need to be addressed and this includes back and forth emails that may sometimes be necessary to get a certain issue resolved. They do thorough background checks on prospective tenants and are honest enough to advise against a tenant signing the lease agreement, if they feel that the tenant is potentially problematic. Image Property is for the Discerning Landlord and they are Highly recommended.
