Great agent/company property team
It is a pleasure to be able to write a review in support of Emily Munro of Image Property. We gave Emily responsibility for managing our unit in inner Brisbane. Although the unit was almost 20 years old, it had recently been renovated with new kitchen and bathrooms, so we were eager to find reliable tenants who would look after the place. Emily notified us in good time of the need to find new tenants, and handled all advertising, as well as viewings and inspections. She kept us informed at each step, and she dealt with all the paperwork required. We are very happy with the result of the letting, and continue to be very happy to have Emily managing the property on a day-to-day basis. We have no hesitation in recommending Emily and Image Property as a team in managing our Unit.

Efficient to work with

Amazing Customer Service
I cannot speak highly enough of Stephanie Sheil of Image Property. From the onset of Stephanie taking over property mgmt of our investment property, she was prompt, professional and offered the highest attention to detail, follow up and customer service I have ever experienced. Stephanie ensured we were always kept in the loop regarding our property from rental applications, inspections and the prompt follow up of funds. She was on the ball at all times and I would never have to follow up - Stephanie was always a step ahead. A true professional.
