With little to no relationship with him prior to selling, I chose Shanel over few other agents as he just knew how to negotiate in order to secure the listing. I found him to be very smart and confident during our first conversation which was then a no brainer for me for me to chose him to represent me. During the sales stage he kept me updated constantly with the movement and buyer activity and also actively engaging me in the decision making. Although he did get a great offer at the start and nothing compared to that after that buyer backed out, I was happy to take his advice with the sale as he was able to show me the value of the offer I had. What I cant thank him enough for is the dedication and extra efforts that he then went into sorting out tradespeople for a job and that too before Christmas. Using his contacts he got the job done for half the price that I was initially quoted, but also ensured that the buyer trust him and waive the building and pest clause regarding the issue we had. After speaking with him post settlement, I gathered that the buyer too was very happy with his services and trusted him a lot.
