I was very taken with the property in Chermside under the agency of Tom Walden and determined not to miss another by offering a below par figure. Consequently, following the tender process, Tom advised me that all other offers for this property were the same or close to my offer and to secure an advantage he counselled me to increase my offer, which I did. He also advised I was in a strong position because my offer was not subject to finance. I believe Tom persuaded me to increase my offer to give me the absolute best chance that the seller would accept my offer over all others. I found Tom to be a personable, friendly and efficient professional. His advice and suggestions were much appreciated, appointments were kept and texts and voice messages were answered promptly, often within minutes. I have no hesitation in recommending Tom to anyone looking for a competent real estate agent to buy or sell property.
