The whole team have been excellent, especially Celeste. All enquiries and concerns by email, phone calls and visits to the office have been dealt with professionalism, efficiency and everyone is always friendly and helpful. Celeste is excellent, she has been over and above with every dealing we have had with her, not only extremely efficient to answer any questions but she is also very proactive to provide us information before we may have had any concerns. We were also very appreciative for showing us a video of the property as we were interstate.

Great team. As first time renters they made the move for us very easy and are always friendly and happy to answer any questions we have. Were also very accommodating and provided us with a virtual inspection as we couldn't be there in person as well as the convenience of signing documents online. Also very quick in getting us assistance with a maintenance issue.

Celeste was our property agent and helped me and my partner sure a place within a week. We are from Melbourne, so coming down to tas was going to be a stretch, however after the virtual inspection, Celeste made the process for securing a place easy. She really worked with us, and even on the weekend! She even offered industry insights on the area and what to expect, we really appreciated working with her!

We contacted Proerty Wise on a recommendation and have been very happy with the service they have offered. Their communication with us has been excellent, very prompt to contact us and had a good tenant ready to move in within a couple of days of our contract being signed.
