Aside from leading the Property Wise team to deliver outstanding property management results for their clients, Sally enjoys spending time with her family and two children, Sienna and Eli.

Excellent communication and very friendly.

They respond quickly to our emails and requests, our maintenance requests are taken seriously and sorted swiftly and they are always welcoming and friendly! We are very happy with property wise and especially Celeste, our property manager.

Unbelievable Experience

I PHONED PROPERTY WISE TO ASK THEIR ADDRESS AS I WANTED TO APPLY FOR A PROPERTY, AND FOR MYSELF TO PICK UP PAPERS TO APPLY. AND TO MY SURPRISE, IWAS TOLD CELESTE WOULD DELIVER TO MY DOOR, AMAZING, NO OTHER REALESTATE DOES THAT. THEY EVEN CONTACTED ME TO TELL ME WHEN THEY WERE HAVEING A SHOWING. THEY WERE SO PROFESSIONAL IN THE WAY THINGS WERE DONE AND REALLY UNDERSTANDING TO MY SIRCUMSTANCES. I HAVE A BUSINESS AND BEEN DEALING WITH REAL ESTATES FOR 39 YEARS AND PROPERTY WISE HAS TAKEN REAL ESTATE TO THE NEXT LEVEL, I AM BLUEY.

Diligent work and clear communication

Roz from Property Wise was fantastic to deal with. Our investment property was only available for a limited 6 month window and Roz worked diligently finding the right tenant that was suitable for the property and kept us informed at every step of the process. Highly recommend Property Wise and Roz.

strong professional commitment, upholds landlord's property interests and tenant's rights

I have been using Property Wise for some years now and have found Sally and the team very professional . My main contact is Kirby and she conducts timely property inspections and communicates any issues immediately. She expertly reviews and adjusts rental rates to currant market value whilst keeping tenants satisfied. My unit required a complete refurbishment between tenancies, she flawlessly managed the entire process, ensuring all maintenance requests were handled comprehensively and quickly. I know that by using Property Wise my investment property is being well looked after.

Hassle-free experience

Hassle-free experience for interstate landlords. I have dealt with much bigger national brands in the sector elsewhere in Mainland Australia but found the experience here is different because people here are more caring and personable. The seemingly little things in rental property management matter more than anything else for landlords based on locations so faraway from Launnie. Thank you to Sally, Kirby and the whole team. Keep up the good work!
