Once again, Nick proved his professionalism and expertise in the sale of our house. Nick has achieved great results for us when purchasing and selling properties over many years. We reached out to him for advice and he recommended that we move swiftly, predicting what he could see was about to happen with the market. His predictions were accurate and have been confirmed by recent media reports . He gives great advice on presenting the property and personally oversees the photography to ensure that the property is presented in the best possible light to prospective buyers. He kept us informed and managed our expectations, getting us a better result than I hoped for with a very quick campaign.
