Jay has been absolutely amazing with the purchase of our home! From contacting and being flexible in getting us in to inspect the place, to following up with the smoothest purchasing experience. During inspections he didn't pester us at all, but when asked about aspects of the property he was able to answer which we loved. He is very knowledgeable about the area and is very up to date with the market. Above all else I most appreciated his honesty and transparency. From being open about all information around the sale to the house itself Jay was very open and honest. After purchase he offered constant support and also gave us ideas for what we need to do, offering some contacts if we needed any for inspections etc. This allowed for the most smooth transparent purchase ever! Everything you would want in an agent Jay has it. A massive thankyou to you Jay! If we could give 6 stars we would! If we ever need to buy again or sell we will definitely be coming back to Jay!
