Jay is friendly and easy to approach person, it wasn’t difficult to create trust, which was reinforced with his honesty, commitment, and punctuality. He was always available to me through the transaction via phone (always called back if he missed) or SMS. He is honest in information sharing and making information/reports available from vendor. He arranged previous inspection reports from vendor for the property making it comfortable for me to decide. So crisp of the story is : HE IS VERY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED .

He is amazing at what he does. Very approachable and answer all queries and he made the buying experience so easy as he is very knowledgeable. He takes passion in his work as buyer I would say he is fair to both buyer and seller. I will definitely contact him when I am buying my next property and also when I am selling my property . The reason is I have come across agents who are not approachable and they don't show much interest or passion. But Jay has great passion , I have seen him treat the property he was selling to me as his own and that's what anyone would expect from representative and I can say he has great communication skills and even he misses my call he makes sure to text me or call me within 30 mins.
