Overall, it seemed that O'Briens had a better track record in terms of past sales volume and obtaining higher prices than others. Although the expected sale estimate was I thought was a bit exaggerated...but this was not an issue. Unlike some other agents, they presented more as a team rather than an individual. Both Jay Giblett and Shenay Miller handled the process professionally and communication was excellent throughout.
