I came across Jay when I was looking to find an Agent to sell my uncle’s house in Endeavour hills. I met him for a brief chat and he was very clear about the plan and the strategy on selling houses in Endeavour Hills. I also searched against multiple real estate agents to compare service and strategies Jay was the best out of all the agents selling houses in that area. He has really good understanding of the current market and clear plan on selling houses in this specific region. He was very proactive with the selling process, took photographs the next day, listed the house quickly and within 2 days of open viewings we received multiple offers. We found dealing with O Briens a pleasant experience even though going thru the process is generally taxing. We had an issue were the house sale fell thru. This was no fault of the agent however Jay recommitted to selling the house at a higher price. Which he achieved in a relatively short timeframe. We really appreciated the service and the commission price was reasonable too. We have no hesitation in recommending O Briens Endeavour Hills
