Selling your home - it's often a stressful time. Decisions being made that often impact your life, financially & emotionally. The rational hat goes out the window well & truly. We were always interested in our area & what sales are happening, we noticed over time, while driving around, lots of O'Brien signs popping up & what impressed us was the SOLD signs appearing pretty quick too. But what sold US was the amounts the properties had been selling for. They are doing something right. We are straightforward people with a very matter of fact approach. We don't warm to fluff & promises. Our opinions of agents in our area hasn't been that high, so our first meeting could be regarded by some as 'agent interrogation'. But Jay & his staff were all on the same page - working for the vendor, advising what was needed to be done to be 'sale ready' & only ever a call or email away. The wife, a stickler for knowing what was going on, getting the details right, the husband, he just wanted to keep things moving along, get the house sold & embark on the next journey in life & the ability for O'Brien staff to understand this dynamic, helped sell our home in less than 2 weeks with plenty of interest without the usual angst. It was a little unnerving to hear how O'Brien would market our property. But we listened, followed their advice & put our trust in them to bring the buyers.
