I was referred to Jay from a friend, where Jay had exceeded his expectations in the sale of their home. Competition for our agency was aggressive with some agents much cheaper than Jay. None the less, we rolled the dice with Jay on the strength of our friends recommendation. Unlike other agents who once they have your home, then try to get you to progressively lower the price, Jay defended the homes pricing. It honestly felt like we had an advocate on our side, verses the usual way we had been treated by other agents on prior house sales. We could not recommend Jay more for others.

After talking with several real estate agencies, decided to run with Jay Giblett. Overall, it seemed that O'Briens had a better track record in terms of past sales volume and obtaining higher prices than others. Although the expected sale estimate was I thought was a bit exaggerated...but this was not an issue. Unlike some other agents, they presented more as a team rather than an individual. Both Jay Giblett and Shenay Miller handled the process professionally and communication was excellent throughout. There was no pressure to accept any offers and felt that they were pushing to get the highest price, not just a quick turnover.
