Having recently been put in the position of selling my in-laws Family Home in Endeavour Hills, I needed to ensure that I picked the right agent. How do you do that ?? After speaking with several local agents I spoke with Jay from O’Briens, He came across as very confident and likeable, but it was his knowledge of the local area including his clear and honest no BullS**T approach and assessment of where we should position ourselves in the market and how we should go about marketing the property that impressed me. I didn’t want to be told an unrealistic or unachievable sales target for the home. When I suggested an alternative approach, Jay advised me why I shouldn’t do it that way, but more importantly he was happy to proceed with my direction if I so chose.
