Having recently been put in the position of selling my in-laws Family Home in Endeavour Hills, I needed to ensure that I picked the right agent. How do you do that ?? After speaking with several local agents I spoke with Jay from O’Briens, He came across as very confident and likeable, but it was his knowledge of the local area including his clear and honest no BullS**T approach and assessment of where we should position ourselves in the market and how we should go about marketing the property that impressed me. I didn’t want to be told an unrealistic or unachievable sales target for the home. When I suggested an alternative approach, Jay advised me why I shouldn’t do it that way, but more importantly he was happy to proceed with my direction if I so chose. Well Thank Christ I listened to Jay!! It was a difficult time for my Family after the recent passing of my Father-in-Law. Jay and Shenay were very understanding and respectful and took care of absolutely everything in the background so we did not feel the stress or anxiety of selling the home. Jay and Shenay kept me well informed during the entire process and this was key to me. Their communication was excellent and very prompt and it didn’t matter how many times I seemed to ask the same questions or how many questions I asked it was never any trouble. The process was so simple, when it came time to consider offers and sign paperwork it was flawless and very straight forward. During the sale from start to finish, I always felt supported, which was very reassuring. I never felt like I didn’t know what was going on, which was important to me as I am all about the small details. I highly recommend Jay and his team from O’Briens in Endeavour Hills.
