I've been in the market to buy for over 3 months now and have seen numerous different types of real estate agents. Jay and his team are by far the best I've seen. They are efficient, fast and super easy to deal with. Most importantly, they know their stuff unlike many out there who claim to have had 'years' of experience. They always have the best interest for the vendor but make it super easy and transparent for me to purchase the property. I would highly recommend Jay and his team and would definitely be looking to work with Jay when I am selling any properties in the future.

We met Jay years ago when looking for a house. While we did not end up buying the property, his respect for the people both buying and selling struck us. Fast forward 4 years to when we have decided to sell and both Jay and Shanay were the first and only people we thought of. I selected Jay to sell my house after meeting with 4 candidates. Jay was the standout with clearly the best knowledge of the market and a pre-defined no BS strategy to sell the house. Jay was timely, professional and above all highly responsive irrespective of the question/s asked. The contract and open market process was straight forward with various opportunities being thoughtfully considered with advice at each step of the way (house presentation, photos, market strategy, etc). This is illustrated by the quick sale (~10 days on market) as well as the competitive offers that were presented (and re-negotiated) - of which I'm certain the offers would not have been as strong / compelling without Jay's tireless efforts to get the right buyer (at the right price). It should also be noted that when I had a challenge (over a long weekend even) that Jay assisted me through this even though I know it was his day off which shows the attention to detail and 'going to the extra mile'. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Jay to sell your house.
