Our first experience with Natalie was buying our property over 20 years ago. Her knowledge, communication style and professionalism as well as her willingness to listen to our needs at the time made the experience a very positive one. We said then when it came time to sell, we would go back to her. After considering other agents, we still went with Natalie when it came time to sell, based on our previous experience and the continuing positive reviews that all reiterated our own knowledge of her. Not only has she met our expectations, she exceeded them with keeping us updated at every stage of the process. Her responsiveness and ability to quickly respond when the original sale fell through, having a home open with less than 24 hours’ notice was remarkable. We were fortunate that the eventual purchaser attended that last minute home open and the property was sold again the next day. And again keeping us informed on the progress of the buyers progress towards settlement has been very welcome.
