In a sluggish market, I asked Natalie Snooks to help us sell our family home in City Beach. From the outset, Natalie brought enthusiasm and a deep knowledge of the area to any families thinking of buying into City Beach. Particularly because she grew up here herself and knew knew all the schools, shops and sporting facilities available to families considering moving into the area. She made a number of suggestions for marketing our home and we agreed upon a strategy including pricing, signage, advertising and inspections. In addition to home opens at weekends, Natalie also conducted twilight inspections on week nights. A number of prospective buyers took these opportuniies to make return visits. Throughout, Natalie kept me informed by telephone, by email and, when necessary, in face-to-face meetings as to who had been inspecting the house and what each prospective buyer was looking for. She was always available to discuss progress and any calls to voicemail were promptly returned.
