We bought our new property in Wantirna recently and Ray was our real estate agent. We had a great experience of purchasing the house with him. All the communication was clear and prompt. Ray was always available to take our calls and answers all our queries. Even after the handover we reached out to Ray for home renovation contractor details and Ray provided us with some of his trusted people. We will definitely do business again with Ray in future.

Ray seemed knowledgeable and easy to work with at the beginning but after contracts were signed I was constantly having to call/message ray to find out what was going on. Ray also completely over valued my property and was unable to get anywhere near what he told us we would get. His agents for open houses were also late on a few occasions. I genuinely wish there was a zero star option to rate my experience. Bitterly disappointed.

Over valued our property, then once on market kept telling us to drop advertised price to get more people through the property, sold less than told the property was valued, Ray kept saying the market had dropped which it had but defiantly not the amount we sold less for, we had the house valued by two other agents the week before we signed the sold contracts and they both valued property for more than Ray could achieve, unfortunately as we had bought another property we were not in the position to start the marketing process with another agent, our family had three properties listed with Ray and none them sold for the price range Ray advised when signing the agreement for him to sell.
