Good marketing and negotiation skills
Other big franchise BP can’t sell my unit. I signed exclusive with the agent from BP but the agents at BP can’t sell my unit. Ray sold my unit within 3 weeks when I listed with Ray. I wasted 2 months with BP. Ray marketed my unit well and negotiated a fair price on my behalf. I recommend Ray to all the vendors planning to sell their properties.
