Our first meeting with Ray was very positive. We invited him to our first home of 45 years to give an appraisal and discuss what needed to be done to get ready for sale. We were impressed immediately by his welcoming approach but also he demonstrated a sound knowledge of the market and displayed strong negotiating skills. Throughout the process he worked diligently by keeping us well informed of the progress of the sale, while all the time working hard in the background to deliver the best possible outcome. Our property was on the market within a month on 14 August, 2023, and a buyer signed an unconditional contract on the 31 August 2023.
