Fiona is a most friendly person and very knowledgeable about the area.
I first met Fiona several years ago, when first contemplating selling our property. She has persevered through the years, never being pushy, just genuinely interested. She has become a good friend through the process. Fiona always knew the correct steps to take and what was necessary, but did not ever insist or push us to do anything. Purchasing in Newport Beach
Although the property had suffered damage from the recent storms in Sydney and had been temporarily taken off the market, Fiona was able to convince the vendors to show the house as we were only on a short visit to Sydney from overseas. We found Fiona to be knowledgeable about the area and about the real estate market in general. She was able to answer our questions or to find answers to the more technical matters. She handled the negotiation process professionally and was very helpful in arranging the building and pest inspections. She was prepared to spend time with us and most importantly she communicated extremely well, providing constant updates. Overall a very smooth, professional and pleasant experience for all parties concerned. We would highly recommend Fiona to anyone wishing to sell their property.

Absolutely First Class!
Paul’s knowledge of the market and properties around the area, coupled with very sound advice on marketing and presenting the property were invaluable. The businesses he recommended to assist in the property market readiness were excellent. His advice regarding the method of selling and estimated value were spot on! Paul’s communication and feedback throughout the selling process can’t be faulted, he offered his view but was always ready to listen to my thoughts as well. 5 star service from start to finish
Paul Franks sold my house through auction and I can't recommend him highly enough. Anytime I had a question, not only was he available to answer it but had the knowledge to answer it straight away. He made the selling of my home a stress free experience, even with me living interstate at the time. Paul is very well priced and very professional. I have seen friends and family have a horrible experience trying to sell their homes, it makes me even more thankful for my great experience with Paul knowing how things could have been had I used someone else to sell my home.
