Great agent who worked for the vendor!
Fiona gets a 5 stars from me. She worked hard to find the right strategy for our property - no mean feat in a declining market. There was never any doubt in my mind that Fiona was intent on doing the right thing for me, the vendor, which is why after all I was paying an agent. It ought to be obvious, but in my experience, it is not always so. I recommend Fiona as an ethical and effective professional who is also a lot of fun to work with.

Paul is a very honest agent. He was completely upfront and did not try to change his line of saleability after signing up the sales agreement. He has a very good knowledge of the local market. He achieved a very good result for us. We were very pleased with the entire sales process.
