Professionalism, Tenacity, Results
Brett got to work on selling our property immediately. He provided expert advice based on his extensive knowledge and experience and worked within the parameters that we set. He worked with prospective buyers inside and outside of business hours and secured a sale contract within only a few weeks of listing. Brett maintained contact with us frequently to let us know what was happening and where we stood. His charismatic demeanour made him very easy to talk to and more importantly trust. We found ourselves talking with Brett for extended periods of time on matters outside of the house sale due to his personable character. Despite the first contract falling over due to a pre-established tenancy agreement, Brett quickly shifted his tenacious work ethic up a gear and locked in another sale contract that achieved a result greater than we had previously expected. Buying or selling a property in the future, we will be going directly to Brett in the first instance because we know we will get the very best service and result.

Genuine, trustworthy, professional
Brett recently sold us our first home and his experience and expertise made the entire process stress free. We were so nervous trying to purchase for the first time, and after 18 months of dealing with useless real estate agents were so unsure about the process. We then met Brett who not only represented his client with the utmost professionalism and excitement, but also guided us through the purchase and made us feel so much more confident in our decision.
