Robyn was recommended to us, and I was very pleased with the complete service provided. This was particularly important as for most of the journey through to sale, I was remote (in NSW) from the property. Robyn was prompt in meeting with us and provided some advice on preparing the house for market. While we had arranged tradespersons for much of the work, Robyn was able to recommend other tradespersons to meet other needs. She also arranged for a cleaner to do a thorough house clean for us, prior to the house going on the market. Robyn kept us informed during every step of the process to sale. She was happy to discuss any concerns or questions we had. The marketing was appropriate with good descriptions and photos. Her approach of having a series of open homes during the first week of the house being on the market, created some urgency with potential buyers and resulted in multiple offers. I was pleased with the price we achieved, and Robyn helped guide us through the sale process. I would recommend Robyn to anyone seeking to sell a house in the greater Mackay region.
