After selling our home and wanting to down size we were on the hunt for a new property. I came across one of Brett’s newly listed properties in Ormeau and rang to enquire about an inspection. I immediately got a good feeling about Brett, he arranged to meet with us within a couple of hours to show us through the property and was very familiar with the area and the complex that the property is a part of. I highly recommend Brett as he was friendly and professional every step of the way making our transition into our new property easy. Thanks Brett!

I was recommended Brett as a real estate agent with his feet on the ground, trustworthy, friendly, professional and with such a great attitude that it determines the high altitude he operates in. I wasn't let down, in fact Brett exceeded my expectations. He took an active interest in my reason for selling and helped with printing off documents that I required as I don’t have a printer. He was only a phone call or an email away and promptly responded. It helped he lived in my area and thus he was invested in the area. An important combination. Brett is very well versed in the Real Estate business, he is no amateur, a total professional. Brett is a really nice man, friendly man, a decent man who gave me great service and care. I recommend Brett to all new home sellers as the right person for the right job at the right time to sell your home who will strive to get top dollar for you. You can’t lose. Thanks Brett and all the best in your life.

Brett was fantastic from the outset. He gave us a realistic valuation of a home and a clear indication on quite how quickly it would sell. He was accurate and his timelines and exceeded the sale price. His knowledge and experience gave us confidence in his sales strategy and everything went through very smoothly. Highly recommended!

We got there despite problems because of overseas purchase. Time restraints and timely availability did not always result in resolution of issues. Anyway we got there. Thanks Brett

Brett not only sold our current home but found us our dream home, he really cared about us and what we wanted in a home. He is one agent that goes the extra mile to keep his clients happy and informed, weather your selling buying you would be mad not to give Brett a call.
