Recently my partner Jonathan and I were fortunate enough to have purchased a property through Brett from Area Specialists. As all who purchase property know, this can be an extremely stressful time and dealing with Brett made this purchase so smooth and with as little stress as possible. Right from the beginning Brett impressed us with his thorough knowledge of the area, even introducing us to some of the people in the street! Brett showing us he knew the intricacies of the neighbourhood just highlighted to us that he knew what he was talking about, his information was accurate and he wasn’t just another fake it till you make it real estate agent. Throughout the whole process if I had any questions I’d just pick up the phone and call, I was never made to feel like an inconvenience.
