Perseverance Pays Off
After months of looking at dozens of properties in Korumburra Jack found us the perfect house that ticked all the boxes. His regular updates with upcoming listings made us feel confident that we would be the first people he would call when the right property came up. A superb experience
We've now bought and sold with Jack, and could not rate his client care and knowledge of the local market more highly. Jack is very professional, responsive and friendly. He goes the extra mile to understand both the buyer's and the seller's requirements, so much so that he secured a very successful sale before our house even hit the market. Hardworking and Excellent Communication
We had our block listed with another agent for 18 months without success. When we approached Jack he didn't oversell his services, but rather suggested that he would do his best with no guarantees given the market and current state of things. He suggested new photos and do a new listing and focus on his strengths. With the new listing (drone shots and professional photos) we had lots of good interest from the beginning. Jack communicated regularly throughout the period and always kept us updated on the campaign. We were thrilled when Jack was able to arrange the sale 3 weeks after relisting the block. Honest and hard working. Highly recommend his services if your considering listing your property.

This is a person you can trust
We couldn't be happier with Jack. He is very easy to talk to & never made us feel that we couldn't ask him any questions that we had. Never made you feel that you where bothering him & rush you to get off the phone. He was straight up with us & didn't just tell us what we wanted to hear. We decided to appoint Jack as our agent after we had trouble with a previous agent that had our house on the market for over 9 months without being able to sell it & Jack was able to sell our place in just 6 weeks.. He never once had any bad thing to say about the previous agent & didn't feel the need to tell us what they where doing wrong & only focused on what we needed from him. To me, that is a true professional & believe that is why our house sold in such a short time on the market listed with Jack. Outstanding professional service
Being a first home buyer, and doing it solo, this was an exciting but equally daunting experience - but Jack and Jassy from Area Specialist were there for me every step of the way. Hard working
What initially seemed like a simple sale, very quickly became quite complicated due to the other parties conveyancers. Jack went above and beyond to get the sale across the line, while working closely and supporting all parties. At times the process became very stressful but Jack did what he could to ease my stressors. Highly recommend this capable young man!
