Great Agent

Out of all the homes we looked at Rachel was the only agent that actually knew anything about the property. She had all the relevant information on hand and the very few things she didn't know about the property she found out immediately. Most agents we encountered always answered "probably" to our questions without knowing the answers and just assuming and not following up to make sure the information they were giving was correct (which as it turns out, wasn't). I would highly recommend Rachel and if we sell in the future, Rachel is the one we will see.
