Excellent experience with Rachel

Rachel was good to work with from the beginning and throughout the campaign. I am confident that Rachel priced the property correctly, and managed negotiations with prospective buyers well. She looked at ways to save on marketing costs where there would be no impact on the quality and success of the marketing campaign. Rachel adapted to my needs and preferences, and together we achieved a sale with a fair price in a good timeframe. I also observed that she was respectful to prospective buyers. She certainly gave good advice to me which helped me sell, and accept the offer that I did, with confidence. She was very responsive to me as a vendor, and I have no doubt to buyers too. I would confidently work with Rachel again should I be looking at selling - or buying - another home in the area.
