Libby was a very professional agent and was very helpful through the whole process of the sale including negotiations with multiple potential buyers. Libby was very thorough and was patient walking myself and my wife through the stages of sale. She was also very accommodating anytime of the day and had great communication. Libby Bridge was highly recommended to me when I decided to put my house on the market; and she fulfilled all expectations. She has a delightful personality; and there was none of the relentless hard sell that I had experienced from an earlier property sale, and that I dreaded. Instead, she noted very carefully the criticisms that I had about a number of the properties that she showed me, and eliminated from her list any other properties with similar features. Thus, for example, after I remarked that one house was significantly lower than the road and that I didn't want to run the risk of flooding in heavy rains, she went on to show me only properties that were either higher than the road or at the same level. She and her partner Danny Vacca, with whom she showed me a number of properties, were very honest about perceived drawbacks, whether from the point of view of structure, quality of workmanship, or suitability to my needs. I strongly appreciated that. One of the conditions of the sale of my house was that I needed to find a property whose cost would come out of the proceeds of the sale, since I am retired and living on a pension, and unable to finance a costly new property. Libby was great about that; and a week after a buyer confirmed purchase of my old property, Libby was able to find me another house that met all my needs--and whose cost was easily less than the proceeds from the sale. So, as the title says: a good experience!
