We are so grateful for Arena Property Agents, in particular Rebecca and Jason. We have been so fortunate to have Rebecca as our property manager and she has been amazing, so helpful, so onto it and just lovely overall. She is always very prompt with requests and is always happy to help, going above our expectations. We are honestly so grateful to have had her as our property manager. We are so fortunate now to have Jason and like Rebecca, he has been extremely accomodating, helpful and communication has been amazing. They will treat you well as a tenant until you need to leave, when they will find excuses to keep your bond. We ended up having to go to QCAT to get our bond returned. As a tenant they will try to take as much of your money as they can, as a landlord they will waste your money taking tenants to court unnecessarily. Recommend to stay away from this agency. It wouldn't surprise me if they are getting kickbacks from the cleaning companies they try to force tenants to use.
