Recently me and four mates were hunting for a 5 bedroom share house on the south side of Brisbane. After many house inspections it was proving to be difficult to obtain one. We originally had an inspection at the property we currently occupy which was under management of a different real estate company. After not hearing back for quite awhile we found out the property was under new management under ARENA Property. From the very first day we inquired again the service provided was not only efficient but friendly and personable. Collectively we were in contact with Laura, one of their property managers, who was always reachable and delegated with the land lord to help us find a suitable home. Our property is managed by Arena Property real estate, our property manager Laura is just wonderful she is respectful and listens to her tenants and is super helpful when dealing with any issues that arise.
