Dan is a great real estate agent. We found him extremely relatable, friendly, and motivated. To be honest, this won me over in itself (rare qualities in agents), but what impressed me was Dan's knowledge and professionalism. Tough market for Perth apartments in the last 5 or so years. Dan never faltered and always had a strategy and positivity to take to the market. He was consciencious with his updates, and relentless with inspections and generating interest. He was not afraid to give us bad news and gave honest feedback and opinions. I honestly think we wouldn't have got as good a sale in a down market if we did not go with Dan. I recommend him highly. We have sinced moved over East and cannot find his like over here!
