Continued support with good network
Brad told us most of the things about the property we bought. He shared contact details of broker and few other stake holders. He was available every time I contacted him and provide me with positive outcome. Brad have said me to help a thing I need like to to find tenants. I am completely happy with the service I received from him.

Exceptional and personable service
Brad was an excellent agent to myself and my partner as first home buyers. He checked in with us weekly during the settlement and approvals period to check if we needed any additional guidance or support, was flexible and accommodating when they were delays with paperwork from the bank, and always made an effort to be easily contactable and friendly should we need anything. Thanks again Brad, it’s been an absolute pleasure!

Friendly and helpful
I approached Dan as he had sold other apartments in my building previously. After meeting with him he was easy to talk to and we built an easy rapport. He had a good knowledge of the local market and set realistic expectations which made me confident in trusting him with the sale of my apartment. I enjoyed working with Dan and would recommend him to others looking to sell in the area.

Couldn’t have asked for a better Real Estate Agent!
Brad was honestly the kindest, most professional, knowledgeable and helpful person. I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better person to help me through such a big life decision that is buying a first home. There was no time throughout my experience with Brad where I felt uninformed or nervous about the process. He is extremely good at his job and I give him the highest praise! I would highly recommend him to anyone wanting to buy or sell! It was an incredible experience and Arena is very lucky to have him. My whole experience, with Courtney included, was wonderful. A fantastic, high-performing agent with a personable approach
Dan is a great real estate agent. We found him extremely relatable, friendly, and motivated. To be honest, this won me over in itself (rare qualities in agents), but what impressed me was Dan's knowledge and professionalism. Tough market for Perth apartments in the last 5 or so years. Dan never faltered and always had a strategy and positivity to take to the market. He was consciencious with his updates, and relentless with inspections and generating interest. He was not afraid to give us bad news and gave honest feedback and opinions. I honestly think we wouldn't have got as good a sale in a down market if we did not go with Dan. I recommend him highly. We have sinced moved over East and cannot find his like over here!

Fantastic agent
Dan was so brilliant to have as our agent, he is always up to date on sales around the area and market trends and we felt confident in the advice he gave us, he always answered our endless questions and would go the one step further to help us. Dan sold our apartment off market in 1 week during covid19 restrictions for a solid market price. We couldn't recommend Dan more highly.
