Sale of apartment in Highgate in Feb/Mar 2020
We had been in contact with Arena for a couple of years and decided to action the sale of the apartment in a challenging market. Josh took the lead role in selling the apartment and designed a creative marketing plan. Josh did a great job of negotiating an outcome prior to the first home open. We were very pleased with the professional approach shown by the Arena team and would strongly recommend them for marketing or property management.

Fantastic to work with Brad again. He has an expert knowledge and provides great advice on the right strategy for your property. He went above and beyond in working for us to deliver the best outcome possible. The pianist at the auction was a highlight! Professional, knowledgeable, and a genuine nice guy!
Josh was thorough in his research and advice, and throughout the whole process of selling my apartment, I felt he had my interests in mind, not his own. He knows the market and certainly the building my (former) apartment is in. And he was able to read prospective buyers well, so he could negotiate a deal that got me the best price possible without pushing the buyer away. Highly recommend Josh's services!

Professional service,courteous and always willing to assist.
Brad is very knowledgeable in his field and has rendered nothing but professional service to me. He is honest and straightforward in his dealings and does his business in accordance with the regulations while making the entire process an easy one. Communication was excellent and he made himself available via different means of contact. After receiving the keys I am still able to contact him for advice. As a first home owner, he took me through the entire process and made it easy for me to understand the different stages. It was a pleasure doing business with Brad. Highly recommended.

Friendly, helpful and professional
Dan was present during the initial inspection and answered our queries enthusiastically but honestly; he was willing to give us a reality check. He later travelled overseas but provided good follow up after the settlement and was not afraid to pick up the phone and sort any issues out, never giving the impression that we had been abandoned. After Dan left the country Steven Chapelhow took over and carried the sale to a successful conclusion, accommodating several last-minute requests with a friendly and helpful demeanor.
